Services

Complete fire safety, delivered end to end.

From initial assessment to final sign-off, and every statutory check after — six connected services for you at Vocus Fire Safety.

The responsibility is yours

You are personally accountable for fire safety. We make sure you can prove it.

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Responsible Person at your premises faces unlimited fines and imprisonment for non-compliance. Most providers service one thing and leave — the gaps between them are yours to carry.

Vocus Fire takes on the whole picture: every statutory check, scheduled, delivered and evidenced, with a complete compliance record you can produce in seconds. We carry the coordination. You carry the confidence.

The all-in compliance package

One contract. All 20 statutory checks. Run entirely by us.

Every annual and 6-monthly fire safety check your premises is legally required to complete — delivered by our team or coordinated through our approved specialist network, scheduled and evidenced by Vocus all year round.

Two ways to pay. Every contract covers all 20 checks and all replacement works — the only choice is whether you pay the real cost each year, or spread it evenly with our smoothed annual plan. One annual fee, fully forecastable.

Two ways to manage your fire safety compliance.

Both contracts cover all 20 statutory checks and all replacement works under one annual agreement. The difference is how the cost is structured — and what happens in year five, when extinguishers reach the end of their replacement cycle.

What is the year-five spike? Fire extinguishers must be replaced at the end of their service cycle under BS 5306-3. On the rolling contract, that replacement cost lands in the year it falls — usually year five — so that year costs more. The smoothed annual plan spreads the same total across every year, so your budget never takes an unexpected hit.
